The terms for using MoneyAtlas: your account, what a subscription includes, billing, cancellation and refunds, Agent (MCP) access, and how to read the research in our reports

Key points
- You can browse the library and rankings, read the free preview of every report, and read the free sample reports in full without paying.
- Starter, Pro and Scale all unlock every published report and its version history; the only difference is the MCP read quota.
- Every report already in the library is refreshed once a quarter, and a new version is readable as soon as it ships.

The service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MoneyAtlas (moneyatlas.cc). MoneyAtlas publishes revenue data, growth teardowns and research on overseas software products, and makes it available through this website and an MCP interface.
By continuing to use the service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
Data sources and method
Revenue and MRR come from publicly verifiable revenue signals combined with our algorithmic estimates; traffic data comes from Similarweb; everything else comes from product websites, public directories and social media.
Every report states its data cut-off date and its sources. Research conclusions are labelled as fact, derived, self-reported or inference — please keep those labels when you quote them.
What is free
Without paying you can browse the project library and rankings, see each report’s base figures and preview, and read the free sample reports in full.
Your account
You need a valid email address to create an account, and you are responsible for activity under it. Do not share your account or credentials with anyone else.
Subscriptions and billing
All three plans — Starter, Pro and Scale — include every report and its version history. What differs is the Agent / MCP read quota: 300, 1,000 and 3,000 calls per month.
Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly, and annual billing is 15% cheaper. The pricing page is the authoritative price list.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds
Paid periods are normally non-refundable. If you were charged twice or the service was unavailable, contact us and we will sort it out.
Agent and MCP access
With a subscription you can connect your AI tools to the reports and data over MCP. Calls count one read per page of results returned; empty results are not counted.
Do not share credentials with third parties, and do not use them to bulk-scrape or resell the data.
Using the reports
You may quote report content in your own research and internal decisions with attribution. Republishing a report in full, bulk-exporting it, or using it to train models requires permission.
About the research
Reports are research teardowns, not investment, legal or financial advice. Any decision you make based on them is your own responsibility.
Intellectual property
The MoneyAtlas name, marks, report text and data structures belong to us. Third-party material quoted in reports belongs to its respective owners.
Suspension and termination
If we find abuse, scraping, account sharing or a breach of these Terms, we may suspend or terminate the account.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. We do not warrant the accuracy of the data, and we are not liable for indirect damages.
Changes to these Terms
Changes are published on this page with a new date; continuing to use the service means you accept them.
