What MoneyAtlas collects about you, why, which services process it, how long we keep it, and how to reach us about it

Key points
- We only collect what the service needs: your account, subscription and billing status, reading and saved reports, Agent connection records, and messages you send us.
- Full card numbers are handled by Stripe — we never see or store them. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

What we collect
This policy explains what personal data MoneyAtlas (moneyatlas.cc) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. For any privacy question or request, email support@moneyatlas.cc.
We collect account details (email, sign-in credentials), subscription and billing status, which reports you read or saved, Agent connection and call records, and messages you send us.
How we use it
To run and improve the service: to sign you in, manage subscriptions, measure which reports are read, debug problems, and — with your consent — send email related to what you asked for.
Services that process your data
We use third parties for payments (Stripe), email delivery, analytics and infrastructure hosting. They receive only the minimum information needed to do their job.
MCP access and Agent calls
Connecting an AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Codex and similar) to our MCP endpoint requires an OAuth sign-in. To enforce quotas and prevent abuse we store: your account identifier, the client name that app reports, which tools were called, which report slug was read, timestamps, daily and monthly read counters, and idempotency records for retried requests.
We never receive the full conversation you have with that assistant, and we never touch its provider’s credentials. Anonymous searches are recorded as aggregate counts only (number of results, time) and are not tied to an account; the IP address is used transiently for rate limiting. Free accounts can read two full reports per UTC calendar month, resetting at 00:00 UTC.
You can unsubscribe from non-essential notifications at the bottom of any email. Essential account and billing messages cannot be unsubscribed from.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while the account exists. After you delete your account we remove or anonymise the related records within a reasonable period.
Your rights and choices
You can ask to access, export, correct or delete your personal data, and you can revoke Agent authorisations. Send requests to support@moneyatlas.cc.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no system can be absolutely secure.
Minors
The service is aimed at professionals, not minors.
